Scrabble Flash Game
This is an electronic version of the famous scrabble word game. It uses electronic cubes instead of physical
tiles and a board. To this extent is it much easier to set up and play. It's basically a portable Scrabble game
that can keep you amused while traveling as it also has a single player option. It should be a popular Christmas
toy for kids, especially those aspiring spelling bees out there.

More on the Scrabble Flash Game
So the Scrabble Flash game consists of 5 electronic tiles and an instructions guide and
rule book. The tiles are quite large so they are easy to see and look quite sturdy so you can move them around,
drop them etc. Not that that is advised of course. The tiles and instructions guide can be stored in a box for easy
storage and portability.
I think that is a major plus point of the game – that you can take it on your travels and play it for a bit of
amusement or brain stimulation. But it also has dual or multi-player modes which they claim can be fun but I'd
prefer the original board game to be honest if I was playing with a group of people.
Anyhow, when you pop the tiles out of the box, you switch them on and each tile has a letter. Depending on the
type of game you are playing it is up to you to make as many words as you can. Simply manipulate the locations of
the tiles to form words. The game will recognize when you have put the tiles in the right order to form a word.
In the single version game, the object is to get as many words against the clock. In the multi-player mode is to
beat your opponents number of words. The multiplayer games can have a simple playoff or an elimination round. The
elimination round is quite good, it has to be said. There is an element of excitement and the pace of the game adds
to this excitement.
Once you start playing the game, it will get quite addictive because the game is so fast paced. A good and bad
point is that there are only 5 tiles. This means that most people can enjoy the game and get some words out of the
tiles. But more advanced scrabble players might find that the 5 tiles don't give them the ability to come up with
some really complex words.
So this is a fun adaption of the Scrabble game. It doesn't replace the board game in terms of complexity and the
social side of it but it is a fun way to test your range of vocabulary and a great traveling companion.
